Clients that had appointments booked during the time that we were closed will be automatically contacted as a priority, to reschedule their appointments as soon as we reopen.

If you did not have an appointment booked with us while we were closed and would like to make one when we reopen, please complete your details below and you will be added to our waiting list.

Please note, we will not start contacting anyone on this list until we have reopened and have rescheduled those who had appointments booked while we were closed.
We also would really appreciate your patience with this, as we have never had to fit in so many people all at once, whilst also learning and adapting to any additional restrictions the government brings in and the use of additional PPE
